Before the lockdown, I was working at a restaurant, during my time working there I gained a lot of weight and I didn’t have the motivation to make the time to lose the weight gained. When the lockdown happened I finally found the motivation to start wanting to lose weight. I asked Daphnée if she could be my personal trainer and she agreed. I saw myself in a matter of weeks shredding off the extra weight. We had weekly exercises 30 minutes long and there were very versatile which made them fun and interesting. One day she incorporated Pilates the next we did HIT workouts. Daphnée combined the workouts with a dietary plan that really helped boost my energy levels, this was so essential, especially during these difficult times. I was lucky enough to have community during these sessions, with other members of the class wanting to achieve the same goal, which kept me motivated and in high spirits. Not only was I looking the best I have ever looked but I felt it too. I was peaceful in the middle of a storm and I don’t think that would be the case without Daphnée’s sessions
