Our mission is to encourage clients to take control of their lives by instilling confidence in them to make the changes they need mentally and physically. Our mantra is loving ourselves whilst bettering ourselves. Our services range from one-to-one training to group personal training via weight-loss and strength programs for both gym and home workouts. Our unique approach incorporates mental well-being activities such as practical exercises of gratitude and affirmation to help our clients take charge of their life. Spirited Personal Trainer experienced in guiding diverse clients in weight loss, weight management and strength development to achieve health and wellness goals successfully. Results-oriented and adaptable with a passion for designing training plans to maximise performance, improve endurance as well as increase overall physical and mental well-being.
Daphnée’s background consists of completing an LLB Law degree from Leeds Beckett University, UK in 2018. During this time, as well as her time in college, Daphnée participated in various athletics competitions both regionally and nationally in Belgium and the UK including BUCS and the UK Women’s League Division 3. During her second year of university, Daphnée joined a personal training gym to help with her athletics where she found that her consistent dedication to personal training helped her stay motivated and mentally strong whilst finalising her university degree.
She decided to step into the fitness industry after graduating by obtaining her Level 3 Personal Training certificate and working towards her Level 4 specialist certificate. Her hope is to instil the same mental fortitude and discipline she experienced in everyone she works with.
